Elli Petersen
I like to pretend I'm a web designer. In reality, I have no idea what I'm doing.
I'm 18 years-old and have been in the business of the World Wide Interwebs since I was 12, professionally since 17. My portfolio is composed of all levels of multimedia, but making websites is pretty much what I've always been best at —graphics in particular. I still have a lot of learning to do, but that's all in good time.
As far as bragging rights go, I have a few accomplishments up my sleeve. In 2011, I took first place in the Skills USA Regional and State competitions for Web Design, and second nationally with my friend Rico. My website's purple theme took Best of Show in the Utah Media Arts Festival in 2011 and won the web design category of the Salt Lake Community College Art Show the same year. Another design of mine, for the Thanksgiving Point Golf Course, also took first place in the Utah Media Arts Festival.
